Barrister Faran Md Aaraf is a Barrister of Lincoln's Inn, called to the Bar on 23 November 2017. He is an Advocate of the Dhaka Judge Court and an accredited Commercial Mediator and Associate Arbitrator from ADR-ODR International, UK.

He is actively engaged in legal practice and academia, with experience in commercial law, company law, maritime law, intellectual property law, and dispute resolution. Alongside his legal practice at BFMA, he has been involved in teaching, legal research, and legal technology initiatives. He has also advised foreign and local clients on intellectual property, cyber law, and data regulations in Bangladesh.
