General Information
Md. Azizul Islam Ashik is a Lecturer in the Department of English at Presidency University, where he applies his extensive academic training and broad research interests to enhance both pedagogy and scholarly inquiry. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Literature (first position) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from the University of Dhaka.
His research encompasses Postcolonialism, Modernism and Postmodernism, and various Literary Theories that inform contemporary literary critique, along with a specialized interest in the Theater of the Absurd. He also focuses on critical analyses of Postcolonial themes in Shakespeare's works, Film Theories, and the impact of architectural movements on narrative construction in film and literature.

● Postmodern literature, Postcolonial Literature and Postcolonial Interpretation of Shakespeare, Theatre of the Absurd, American Drama and Greek Mythology and Classical Literature.
