Withdrawing from a course:

If you withdraw from a course after May 24 but before Jul 12 the grade W will be assigned to your record.

Last day to Withdraw:

After Jul 12, you may not withdraw from a course and a final grade will be assigned based on your academic performance. Absence or poor attendance may lead to an F grade.

No refund:

Students enjoying tuition waiver or any other advantage from the University are not entitled to any refund on any ground after May 24, 2009.

Changes to your record:

Please note that no change in your transcript is automatic. If you notice that your academic record needs to be corrected, then you must act instantly.  Let your advisor know about the issue and start the necessary paper work to authorize changes to your record.
